*If you prefer to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, upon receiving your payment we are happy to provide you with the forms/receipt you may file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly for any covered portion after all deductibles and requirements have been met based on your specific mental health benefits.
