Individual Counseling“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” -Sean Patrick Flanery
Problems begin when relationships begin to be impacted. Symptoms appear as a protection until the problem begins to overtake our thought process. Counseling can be an exploration of strengths, skills and resources. As change begins to happen it is important for me to hear despite these challenges hope begins to return. A positive mindset begins with seeing yourself as a strong, confident person that has taken a step in putting themselves as a priority. The focus shifts from a problem saturated story to a solution based conversation. I want to have a conversation that leads to strategies and tools that has helped you to survive despite all of life’s challenges. Focusing on the future can help to design a new chapter to client’s individual story. A conversation begins in counseling of a detailed descriptions of client’s best hopes.
