As change begins to happen it is important for me to hear despite these challenges hope begins to return. A positive mindset begins with seeing yourself as a strong, confident person that has taken a step in putting themselves as a priority.
The focus shifts from a problem saturated story to a solution based conversation. I want to have a conversation that leads to strategies and tools that has helped you to survive despite all of life’s challenges.
Focusing on the future can help to design a new chapter to client’s individual story. A conversation begins in counseling of a detailed descriptions of client’s best hopes.
