Therapy for Adults, Teens, Couples & Families in Mansfield, Texas
Support for anxiety, trauma, relationships, career changes, and life transitions
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, career changes or disconnected doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Sometimes life changes, relationships, work, family, or past experiences create challenges that are difficult to navigate alone.
I provide individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and families in Mansfield and South Arlington, Texas. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity.
Therapy for Real Life
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
You may be functioning at work and still feel overwhelmed. You may be navigating a career change, relationship difficulty, family transition, anxiety, burnout, or the emotional challenges of adolescence. Or you may know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin.
I work with clients navigating:
- Anxiety, stress & emotional overwhelm
- Trauma & EMDR
- Career changes & life transitions
- Burnout, perfectionism & feeling stuck
- Relationship & communication challenges
- Adolescent and teen concerns
- Family changes & parenting challenges
- Midlife & women’s mental health
Therapy is tailored to your goals, your circumstances, and where you are in life.
Who I Work With
Adults
Individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, career changes, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck.
Teens & Adolescents
A supportive space for young people navigating anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, family changes, and difficult experiences.
Couples
Therapy for couples working through communication problems, recurring conflict, disconnection, trust issues, or major relationship transitions.
Families
Support for families navigating conflict, parenting challenges, transitions, and changes in family dynamics.
Women Navigating Midlife
Therapy for women experiencing the emotional, relational, identity, and life changes that can accompany midlife and menopause.
Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Past experiences can continue affecting the way we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to situations today.
I provide trauma-informed therapy and EMDR to help clients process distressing experiences and develop healthier ways of responding.
Career & Life Transitions
Sometimes the question isn’t simply “What job should I have?”
Career changes can bring questions about identity, purpose, burnout, relationships, finances, and what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.
With my background as an educator, school counselor, and career counseling professional, I work with clients navigating career decisions, professional transitions, burnout, and major life changes.
A Therapist With a Background in Education
Before becoming a private-practice therapist, I worked as an elementary school teacher and school counselor.
That experience gave me a unique understanding of children and adolescents, school systems, parents, families, and the pressures that can affect young people and the adults supporting them.
My counseling experience has also included university, private practice, nonprofit, school, couples, family, and other settings.
Today, I bring that broad experience into my work with adults, teens, couples, and families.
My Approach
Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about creating a space where you can understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop effective tools, and make meaningful changes.
My work is:
- Trauma-informed
- Relational
- Attachment-focused
- Body-aware
- Collaborative
I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on the individual, relationship, or family sitting in front of me.
